Purchasing Intern – Operations and Project Support

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work. A Polish work permit and residency are required.

Salary: 31.40 PLN per hour. Paid 12-month internship, 32 hours per week.

What you will do

• Provide first-level support to end users through ServiceNow, email, and Teams.
• Support purchase order creation, updates, maintenance, and closure in Oracle and Coupa.
• Clean, validate, and reconcile procurement data, including legacy purchase orders.
• Maintain trackers, follow up with stakeholders, and support purchasing operations.
• Assist with Coupa implementation activities, documentation, data preparation, and testing.
• Document test results, identify issues, suggest documentation updates, and escalate complex requests.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in business administration, finance, economics, supply chain, procurement, engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach.
• Interest in developing a career in purchasing or business operations.
