TL;DR

Student Internship in the Procurement Team with Serbian/Croatian (Procurement): Supporting the PR-to-PO process, supplier coordination, delivery and invoice monitoring with an accent on order quality, timing, price, and sustainability. Focus on aligning procurement activities with customer requirements, international suppliers, and company procedures.

Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home per week

What you will do

Support the PR-to-PO procurement process.
Monitor deliveries and invoices.
Collaborate with international suppliers and the Sourcing team.
Align orders with customer requirements for quality, timing, price, and sustainability.
Execute procurement activities according to company procedures and policies.

Requirements

Active student status.
English and Serbian or Croatian at B2 level.
Analytical skills and logical thinking.
Availability for 25 hours per week.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous purchasing experience.
