What you will do
- Own client engagements end-to-end, from discovery and scoping through delivery and shipped products.
- Lead zero-to-one AI agent and greenfield product builds using agentic development approaches.
- Guide legacy platform rebuilds and modernization while balancing technical debt, business continuity, and delivery speed.
- Define PRDs, success criteria, sequenced roadmaps, evaluation criteria, and guardrails for AI agents.
- Advise clients on streaming and OTT media product functionality, tools, and trade-offs.
- Manage concurrent engagements, client steering committees, scope decisions, delivery risks, and ROI outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of scope, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes.
- Agency or consulting experience managing multiple clients or accounts.
- Experience with at least two of the following: zero-to-one product builds, legacy platform rebuilds or migrations, and client enablement or training.
- Hands-on experience scoping, building, or shipping AI agents or agentic workflows.
- Ability to discuss architecture, evaluations, and guardrails with engineers and explain agentic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong client-facing communication, prioritization, scoping, stakeholder management, and ambiguity-handling skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks or agent observability tooling.
- Previous engineering, data, or QA experience.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
- Experience delivering technical training, workshops, or enablement programs.
- Public writing or speaking experience on product or AI topics.
