Dutch CRM Strategist (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta, with Belgium / Malta hub options. Hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to 50% of working time.

What you will do

• Create, coordinate, monitor, optimize, and analyze promotional casino CRM campaigns across multiple brands and external partners.
• Coordinate promotions, website visuals, and marketing support for new game releases with internal casino teams and external game providers.
• Build and track cross-sell experiences across customer touchpoints and channels.
• Define campaign objectives, timelines, targeting, segmentation, and reverse schedules while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Process customer complaints and communicate technical issues, campaign updates, and new actions to customer support and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly campaign reports, analyze results, provide recommendations, and review competitor offers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional CRM experience, ideally in online casino.
• Experience with a CRM platform; Optimove is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategies, casino products, and promotions.
• Experience with email, SMS, web, and push notification channels.
• Analytical, highly organized, and focused on quantitative and qualitative optimization insights.
• Business proficiency in Dutch and English is essential.
