Digital Marketing Strategist (Social & Content)

What you will do

• Define the role of social media within broader brand, digital and marketing strategies.
• Develop social strategies, annual plans and campaign approaches.
• Select and shape platform strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit and emerging channels.
• Build content territories, formats and editorial systems.
• Connect organic content, paid social, influencers, creators, user-generated content and community management.
• Translate audience, cultural and platform insights into creative opportunities, tactical plans and client presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social, content, creative or influencer strategy, preferably in an agency.
• Deep knowledge of platform behaviour, social culture, creators and communities.
• Experience developing complete social strategies and understanding both organic and paid social.
• Fluency in social performance metrics, with the judgement to look beyond vanity metrics.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, client conversation, workshop and pitch skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
