CRM Campaign Manager (iGaming)

Location: On-site in Malta, with relocation support to Malta

What you will do

• Build campaigns and user journeys using CRM and CMS tools.
• Plan and execute iGaming promotions, including setup in gaming supplier back offices.
• Write marketing copy, manage campaign assets, and launch ad hoc campaigns based on KPI performance.
• Manage and optimize automated customer lifecycle communications across multiple channels.
• Create personalized bonus campaigns for targeted user segments and align communication with website content and user experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming or the regulated digital industry.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas for digital campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English required for communication within the international team.

• Professional German language skills for communication with partners, candidates, and colleagues.
