What you will do

• Prepare and assist with project documentation.
• Assist in overseeing project schedules and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate team and project meetings.
• Learn and use project management software.
• Use SmartSheet to track projects and support additional project activities.

Requirements

• Be a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• Have basic knowledge of business software applications and services.
• Have basic knowledge of project management processes and theory.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate research, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Interact positively with internal and external customers and demonstrate commitment to shared values.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of the utility industry.
