TL;DR
AEM Developer (Enterprise Solutions) (AEM/Java): Building scalable enterprise digital experience platforms with an accent on custom components, integrations, content models, and Adobe Cloud Service capabilities. Focus on optimizing Dispatcher and caching performance, solving complex production issues, and supporting secure deployments across development, QA, staging, and production environments.
Location: On-site in Singapore. This role is part of the IMDA Company-Led Training Programme and is open only to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents. Work pass sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Design, develop, and implement custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and enterprise functionality.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance digital experience solutions using AEM, Java, Sling Models, OSGi, and HTL.
- Develop reusable components and content models, and integrate AEM with REST APIs, external systems, and enterprise applications.
- Configure and optimize caching, Adobe Dispatcher, Apache HTTP Server, and overall platform scalability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across development, testing, staging, and production environments and support application deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders; participate in solution design, code reviews, and implementation planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.
- Strong knowledge of AEM 6.x or AEM as a Cloud Service, AEM architecture, development lifecycle, customization, and best practices.
- Experience with JCR, JCR Queries, Touch UI components, templates, dialogs, workflows, Java, Java EE, JavaScript, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployment, unit testing, QA practices, Maven or Gradle, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, clean coding, software design pattern, Agile/Scrum, and enterprise development skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch or Adobe Tags.
- Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- AEM certification.
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service implementation, migration, or upgrade projects.
