Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Office-based in Copenhagen, Denmark. A valid EU work permit is required.

What you will do

• Implement, configure, and train customers on the hirify.global workforce management solution.
• Manage implementation projects of different sizes, keeping scope, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Advise customers on the optimal setup and use of the platform.
• Collaborate with colleagues across European offices to deliver strong customer implementations.
• Provide consultancy to existing customers and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Requirements

• Native-level French and professional written and spoken English.
• Analytical ability to understand customer businesses and configure the solution accordingly.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in project management, consultancy, or SaaS.
• Clean criminal record and valid EU work permit required.
