Pharmacy Technician II (CareBridge)

Location: Must reside within a commuting distance of the specified states (AZ, GA, IA, KS, MO, NM, TN, UT) or the Nashville office.

What you will do

• Verify member information and input medication data into systems.
• Process prior authorization requests and ensure compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
• Educate members on pharmacy rules, medication resources, and assistance programs.
• Resolve grievances and appeals related to pharmacy services.
• Respond to inquiries from patients and providers regarding medication access.
• Handle inbound calls from members to address pharmacy-related needs.

Requirements

• Must hold an active State Pharmacy Technician Certification or National Certification as required by state law.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must reside in Arizona, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Tennessee, or Utah.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekdays and rotating weekends (8:00 am – 7:00 pm CST).

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic health records.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Experience in phone-based member or patient support.
