What you will do

• Maintain and enhance the NTGS financial risk management framework, including the Risk Appetite Statement, policies, and procedures for credit, market, and liquidity risk.
• Monitor risk appetite metrics and early warning indicators, challenge deviations, assess residual risks, and escalate breaches to the Chief Risk Officer.
• Provide second-line input into ICAAP and ILAAP stress-testing design and assumptions, and support the Recovery Plan and Resolution Report.
• Prepare the annual risk management report for the CSSF and contribute to regulatory reporting.
• Present key indicators and regulatory updates to the Management Risk Committee and prepare dashboards and presentations for Board meetings.
• Collaborate with EMEA risk functions, business units, branches, and stakeholders on outsourced controls and risk control enhancement initiatives.

Requirements

• Several years of financial risk management experience in banking or asset servicing in Luxembourg.
• In-depth understanding of EU banking regulatory requirements, including CRD IV, CRR III, and CSSF circulars.
• Proven experience in risk governance, reporting, and oversight.
• Ability to present to and engage with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills for concise risk reporting and well-developed verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with effective time management.
