Group Treasury Dealer

What you will do

• Understand and reconcile daily cash balances across all currencies and monitor structural business and balance sheet developments.
• Execute financial transactions, mainly with ING Bank NV, to manage cash and flatten Nostro positions.
• Ensure adequate funding in line with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite.
• Monitor the Liquidity Coverage Ratio and support the local and Group Treasury ILAAP processes.
• Contribute to the Liquidity Management Buffer concept for normal and stressed liquidity conditions.
• Collaborate with Treasury colleagues in Amsterdam, Brussels, and other international locations on transformation initiatives and functionally led projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bank payments and cash management.
• Knowledge of payment infrastructure, bank interactions, Nostro account management, and cash balancing.
• Understanding of Nostro reconciliation and payment cut-off times.
• High level of spoken and written English required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and commitment to high-quality delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a risk-aware, results-driven mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• Experience with liquidity risk management, regulatory developments, and Treasury transformation.
