Trade and Transaction Reporting

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational regulatory reports, including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CSDR, and CSSF 20/747.
• Oversee the end-to-end regulatory transaction reporting lifecycle.
• Work with local and group stakeholders to identify and resolve underlying data errors.
• Manage regulatory changes and support the integration of Compliance-led reporting updates.
• Document reporting processes and maintain supporting resources for internal and external audits.
• Support other business reporting activities according to business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory trade reporting or market infrastructure reporting.
• Hands-on experience with trade reporting, lifecycle management, and data validation for derivatives and securities transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of EMIR is required; experience with MiFIR, SFTR, and CSDR is also required.
• Experience adapting reporting processes to evolving market infrastructure and derivatives regulations.
• Experience documenting and maintaining processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing business processes and managing change.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis tools, including SQL.
• French language skills.
