Trade and Transaction Reporting (EMIR/MiFIR)

What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational regulatory reports, including EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CSDR, and CSSF 20/747.
• Manage the end-to-end transaction reporting lifecycle and address underlying data errors with local and group stakeholders.
• Coordinate reporting changes resulting from evolving regulations and support the integration of compliance-led updates.
• Document reporting processes and procedures and provide supporting materials for internal and external audits.
• Support additional business reporting activities according to business needs.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory trade reporting or market infrastructure reporting.
• Hands-on experience with trade reporting, lifecycle management, and data validation for derivatives and securities transactions.
• Strong working knowledge of EMIR, with experience in MiFIR, SFTR, and CSDR.
• Experience adapting reporting processes to changing market infrastructure and derivatives regulations.
• Experience documenting and maintaining processes and procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience with business process reviews and change management.
• Hands-on experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis tools, including SQL.
• French language skills.
