Technical Presales Intern (AI)

What you will do

• Support customer discovery sessions and gather business and technical requirements.
• Prepare solution presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Build and customize product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and use-case showcases.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Support presales activities from opportunity qualification through proposal submission.
• Collaborate with Sales, Consultants, Solution Architects, and technical teams while tracking opportunities and maintaining sales documentation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in AI, cloud, and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of software, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Power BI, or CRM tools.
