Technology Risk Advisory Lead

What you will do

• Provide strategic technology risk advice across Retail, the Chief Operations Office and Technology Platforms.
• Oversee the technology risk profile and drive control uplift initiatives across BAU and project/change environments.
• Advise on the reliability, security and performance of critical IT assets and technology domains.
• Partner with Technology leaders, Business and Risk teams, stakeholders and regulators on risk-informed decision-makhirify.global.
• Lead and mentor a high-performhirify.global Technology Risk Advisory team.
• Prepare and present technology risk matters, control effectiveness, risk appetite and remediation updates to Executive and Board governance committees.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Audit, IT Governance or Technology Advisory within regulated financial services or a Big 4 consulthirify.global firm.
• End-to-end technology risk advisory experience across both BAU and project/change environments.
• Strong understandhirify.global of cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, platform engineerhirify.global, architecture, site reliability engineerhirify.global and data platforms.
• Experience with APRA Prudential Standards CPS220, CPS230 and CPS234 and other bankhirify.global technology regulations.
• Ability to influence CIOs, Technology Executives, Risk Committees, Audit Committees and regulators.
• Experience leadhirify.global teams, plannhirify.global resources, improvhirify.global capabilities and applyhirify.global risk-based judgement through RCSA, risk assessments, incident management and NFR frameworks.
