Threat Strategy Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Manage strategic customer support interactions, escalations, satisfaction, and service reviews.
• Develop customer-specific security strategies and recommendations using hirify.global products and services.
• Maintain technical knowledge of customer environments, including networks, security systems, systems administration, and messaging platforms.
• Lead hypothesis-driven threat hunting for phishing, business email compromise, credential harvesting, malware delivery, and trusted-service abuse.
• Analyze email headers, URLs, attachments, messaging telemetry, and user interaction data to investigate suspicious activity and assess risk.
• Translate findings into detection improvements, preventative controls, process improvements, and customer briefings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry experience in client or professional services, sales engineering, senior support engineering, IT operations management, or senior engineering.
• Managed security or consultancy experience is required.
• Knowledge of email, networking, and data communication technologies.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
• Relevant experience with hirify.global products and an understanding of threat protection.
• Background in security, including threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
