Data Automation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable workflows that automate data quality, enrichment, hygiene, and correction processes.
• Partner with Data Engineering, CRM, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales Operations to define data challenges and automation requirements.
• Build AI-powered solutions using machine learning, generative AI, intelligent APIs, and external data sources for matching, classification, deduplication, and enrichment.
• Develop integrations with third-party data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Clearbit.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics for data quality, efficiency, error reduction, and ROI.
• Create self-service automation tools and provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in data quality, data automation, data operations, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python or equivalent automation and scripting technologies.
• Experience designing, building, and supporting automated, AI-driven workflows that improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Experience integrating APIs, web services, and external data sources.
• Experience defining data quality metrics and implementing monitoring, observability, or alerting processes.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across Analytics, Data Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and Sales Operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine learning, generative AI, entity resolution, anomaly detection, or advanced data correction techniques.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Apache Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, or Power Automate.
• Experience with ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Data Axle, or similar data intelligence platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or data-intensive B2B environments.
• Certifications in data engineering, cloud platforms, automation, artificial intelligence, or machine learning.
