What you will do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate competitor products, benchmark functionality, and propose new solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to improve product features using data insights.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to validate functionality and increase user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights for product roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
