What you will do

• Analyze product usage data to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate competitor products to benchmark functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to enhance product features based on data insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate new functionalities and improve user engagement.
• Provide actionable insights to support product roadmap decisions and identify bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be located on-site in Lisbon, Portugal
• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Python, or R.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude.
• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI.
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
