Senior Auditor - Asset & Wealth Management

Location: Chicago, IL, United States. Hybrid working model with time split between the office and home. Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD annually, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Lead moderately complex audits across Asset and Wealth Management from planning through completion.
• Serve as Auditor in Charge on less complex engagements and coordinate audit project teams.
• Develop audit objectives, testing approaches, process flows, risk assessments, and control documentation.
• Perform higher-complexity testing and first-level reviews of less complex work.
• Discuss testing findings with stakeholders and assist with audit issues and reports.
• Identify data analytics opportunities, perform issue-validation testing, and present findings to management.

Requirements

• College or university degree and 3+ years of auditing experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of audit and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and business writing skills.
• Ability to lead audit teams, conduct walkthroughs, assess risks, and review testing.
• Interest in pursuing professional certifications such as CPA, CISA, CIA, ACA, or ACCA.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available.
