About the Role

You will research global macroeconomic events, policy developments, financial markets, and cryptocurrencies. You will prepare materials for daily updates and weekly discussions, develop and optimise trading strategies and quantitative models, and improve trading analytics and visualisation tools. You will also use AI coding and research assistants responsibly and may work with Python, Bloomberg Terminal, and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Comfort using AI coding and research assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
• Knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and visualisation is preferred
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal and Microsoft Excel is preferred

Responsibilities

• Research global macroeconomic events, policy developments, financial markets, and cryptocurrencies
• Prepare materials for daily updates and weekly macro discussions
• Develop, backtest, and optimise trading strategies and quantitative models
• Update and improve trading analytics and visualisation tools
• Use AI coding and research assistants effectively and verify their output
