Salary: $101,300–$139,690 per year

What you will do

• Provide tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation or compilation services for small business clients.
• Review accounting records and reports, analyze client operations, and provide business and tax consultation.
• Lead and plan client engagements, improve service processes, identify internal control issues, and recommend operational improvements.
• Manage client relationships, resolve issues, support additional services, and help meet billing, collection, and profitability targets.
• Delegate and oversee team work, set goals and deadlines, and support the professional development of associates.
• Maintain current knowledge of local, state, and federal tax practices and laws.

Requirements

• Four-year degree plus a CPA, law license, or Enrolled Agent credential.
• At least five years of experience in federal and state tax compliance, accounting, and advisory services at a professional services firm.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience, with mentoring and counseling experience preferred.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong software and Microsoft Suite skills, ethical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to timely, high-quality delivery.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship is preferred.
