Tribe Lead (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage project financial performance and coordinate functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
• Advise business stakeholders on feasibility, MVP decomposition, release planning, solution options, and capacity utilization.
• Manage the tribe backlog and capacity across ideation, scoping, development, and delivery.
• Coordinate with business and product owners, solution designers, vendors, PMO, and Agile coaches.
• Track and report performance against strategic initiatives, roadmaps, priorities, processes, and agreed metrics.
• Support the adoption of Agile best practices across the tribe.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
• At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience managing resources with diverse skill sets for Agile delivery.
• Experience collaborating with diverse business and IT teams.
• Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, product design, or related analysis functions.
