What you will do

• Execute the strategic direction of business function activities and lead complex, multidisciplinary initiatives.
• Partner with the business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.
• Manage performance and career development processes, staffing input, disciplinary actions, and hands-on staff training.
• Set periodic goals and short-term priorities, organize work, monitor activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Provide input and support for budget management.

Requirements

• Extensive technical or business knowledge with strong functional expertise.
• In-depth functional or industry knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, flexibility, and adaptability skills.
• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
