IT Software Implementation Project Manager (Insurance)

Location: Taguig City, Philippines. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for insurance software platforms, including plans, schedules, budgets, resources, governance, and reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison for customers, executives, business stakeholders, product teams, technical resources, vendors, and leadership.
• Coordinate configuration, customization, integrations, testing, deployment, and production support for policy, claims, billing, underwriting, and broker platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, solution architects, developers, QA specialists, data migration experts, and infrastructure or cloud engineers.
• Oversee policy, claims, billing, customer, and financial data migrations and integrations with third-party and enterprise systems.
• Manage risks, issues, change requests, SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementation projects.
• 5+ years of experience delivering customer-facing technology projects.
• Experience leading large-scale software deployments and system integrations.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in life and annuity, property and casualty, health insurance, or reinsurance.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master, or ITIL Foundation certification.
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or an equivalent cloud certification.
