Operations Support Associate (HTML5 Games)

Location: Manila, Philippines; onsite work with rotating 8-hour night and other shifts as required

What you will do

• Respond to customer support requests through Jira and provide prompt, accurate feedback.
• Monitor and manage live-game configurations according to planned schedules.
• Support product smoke testing, pre-production testing, and QA bug verification.
• Own customer issues through investigation and resolution while coordinating with the Development Team.
• Conduct risk assessments for games in development and plan fraud tools for high-risk games.
• Improve operational processes and workflows, maintain documentation, and support smooth game releases.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Software, Computer Science, Computing, Computer Engineering, IT, or an equivalent discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations or technology support role.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, collaborative, and willing to learn evolving industry trends and game standards.
• Avid gamer with a strong interest in the games industry.
• Comfort working rotating 8-hour night shifts and other shifts as required; occasional on-call escalation duties may be required.
