Solutions Engineering Operations Specialist

Location: Cebu, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Set up and configure NimbleAMS demo environments for enterprise sales opportunities using the OneTSO process.
• Personalize demo environments for Enterprise AMS opportunities.
• Run biweekly QA and health checks across more than 75 demo environments, including connection and functionality testing.
• Build and maintain realistic demo data across solution environments.
• Coordinate with Solutions Engineering leads to meet environment quality and content standards.
• Track recurring tasks, maintain documentation, flag issues, and support urgent demo requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in technical support, QA, systems administration, or a similar operational role.
• Experience with a CRM, AMS, or similar SaaS platform.
• Comfort navigating multiple SaaS platforms and understanding basic CRM or AMS configuration and integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, self-direction, and ability to manage recurring high-volume work.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines without sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics administration experience.
• Exposure to AWS or Azure.
• Experience with ticketing or task-tracking tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced, remote, or cross-functional environment.
