Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; mid shift from 3pm to 12mn

What you will do
- Support operating practices, governance, roadmaps, backlogs, dependency tracking, risk management, release calendars, and portfolio reporting for GS Interaction Model products.
- Develop and coordinate business testing strategies, plans, scenarios, test cases, test data, execution instructions, and traceability records.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, including tester onboarding, schedules, progress monitoring, evidence collection, and completion reporting.
- Manage business defects through intake, triage, prioritization, retesting, closure, escalation, and quality trend analysis.
- Coordinate release-readiness checkpoints, business acceptance, post-release validation, stabilization, and operational handoffs.
- Maintain product metrics, testing documentation, governance evidence, controls, improvement backlogs, and audit support materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Product Management, Operations, Quality, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital product operations, software or business testing, quality assurance, business analysis, release management, product support, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting digital products or enterprise platforms across requirements, testing, release readiness, launch, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
- Experience with user acceptance testing, test strategies, scenarios, cases, test data, evidence, defect management, and completion reporting.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery, backlog and release management, change control, defect lifecycle, risk management, and product-performance practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Genesys, ServiceNow, test-management tools, or reporting platforms; ability to work the required 3pm to 12mn mid shift.
Nice to have
- Experience with employee service, shared services, digital workplace, customer service, or service management products.
- ServiceNow testing, reporting, release management, Automated Test Framework, or comparable enterprise-platform experience.
- Experience coordinating testing across integrated products, business processes, functions, regions, or service-delivery teams.
- Familiarity with accessibility, usability, privacy, security, compliance, data integrity, and operational-readiness considerations.
- Relevant agile, business analysis, software testing, quality assurance, product operations, release management, or ServiceNow certification.
