Salary: $116,500–$198,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to technology-sector clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement testing to assess internal-control deficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage fieldwork, quality, timely delivery, engagement staffing, billings, collections, and profitability targets.
• Provide financial-statement guidance, business recommendations, analysis, and insight based on audit work.
• Build internal and external relationships to support new clients, projects, and revenue while mentoring and developing team members.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA certification.
• At least 8 years of experience.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, maintain applicable technical knowledge, understand both strategic and detailed issues, demonstrate ethical judgment, and deliver quality work on time.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; a master's or advanced degree is desirable.
• Eight or more years of financial-statement auditing experience in a professional services firm.
• Five or more years of supervisory experience, including mentoring and counseling associates.
• Technology industry experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.
