Game Product and Operation Intern (Mobile Games)

What you will do

• Support planning and execution of in-game events, promotions, and content updates across multiple mobile game projects.
• Maintain event calendars and follow up on content delivery timelines.
• Coordinate localization workflows, including text preparation, translation tracking, implementation checks, and LQA.
• Conduct game QA and playtesting for new builds, features, events, and localized content; report and track bugs with developers and QA teams.
• Support build and release preparation, including pre-launch and live update checks, and monitor live operations for player-impacting issues.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation, conduct competitor research, and explore AI and automation tools for localization, QA, reporting, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• Strong interest in mobile games and Free-to-Play games, with a good understanding of in-game events and player experience.
• Interest in localization and game QA, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on deadlines, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, documentation, and project management tools.
• Good command of English required.

Nice to have

• Additional Southeast Asian language skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
