Location: Xi'an, China; relocation support is provided.

What you will do
- Coordinate with planning leads, production directors, and project teams to meet capacity requirements.
- Track weekly data accuracy, maintain planning-system updates, and prepare detailed planning status reports.
- Support resource allocation and collaboration across studios.
- Track new opportunities and testing progress, summarizing weekly status and trends.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze performance, recommend improvements, and support resource forecasting.
- Monitor monthly team KPIs, escalate risks, and collaborate with PMO and ERP teams on troubleshooting and system improvements.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English required; English is used as a working language.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Experience as a production planner or project coordinator.
- Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- PMP certification.
- ERP experience.
