Project Coordinator, Games (Contract)

Location: Singapore; contract position working closely with global and regional teams.

What you will do

• Coordinate with game teams, vendors, and internal partners to move contracts, financial processes, and external engagements forward.
• Maintain accurate information on outsourcing engagements, including scope, timelines, budgets, and status.
• Track outsourcing spend and reconcile financial information.
• Follow up on actions, owners, deadlines, and next steps until completion.
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reporting on outsourcing activity.
• Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or outdated information while supporting adherence to outsourcing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, vendor management, production support, or a related role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and professional written and verbal communication.
• Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, budgets, and project information across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with contracts, purchase orders, invoices, budgets, or similar operational processes.
• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and resolve inconsistencies or missing information.

Nice to have

• Experience at a game developer, publisher, or service provider.
• Experience coordinating outsourcing, vendors, or external partners.
• Experience supporting international or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with game development or creative production environments.
