Game Producer (AAA Games)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision with executive producers, local teams, clients, and senior stakeholders.
• Own the product backlog by creating and prioritizing clear user stories with leads and directors.
• Coordinate designers, artists, animators, programmers, sound designers, leads, directors, and producers throughout development.
• Set game goals and milestones while monitoring progress, risks, constraints, and competitor context.
• Control product quality, address potential legal issues, and develop solutions to production problems.
• Set up localization workflows, manage localization kits, and coordinate localization delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Producer managing large internal teams in the video game industry.
• Strong knowledge of video games and how game software is developed.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage senior-level relationships and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Creative, pragmatic, motivated, and able to overcome obstacles while delivering quality projects under tight deadlines.
• Chinese, Korean, and English proficiency is preferred.
