hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of higher education assurance engagements.
• Coordinate engagement timing, staffing, execution, budgets, deadlines, and client deliverables.
• Lead engagement decisions and keep the Engagement Principal informed of progress, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs, revising them as needed for approval.
• Manage client communications, engagement letters, fees, final meetings, and ongoing relationships.
• Recruit, mentor, evaluate, and develop accounting professionals through assignments and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead teams.
• Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm is preferred.
• Work is based in Bellevue, Washington, or another listed Washington/Oregon location.
