Enterprise AI Platform Lead (Enterprise AI): Owning and evolving the enterprise AI platform ecosystem, including AI agents, copilots, RAG architectures, integrations, and reusable AI services with an accent on governance, security, scalability, and operational excellence. Focus on designing platform architecture and lifecycle controls, managing model usage and AI costs, implementing secure enterprise connectivity, and troubleshooting production AI systems.

What you will do
- Own the enterprise AI platform ecosystem and define its strategy, roadmap, architecture standards, governance framework, and lifecycle processes.
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of AI agents, copilots, RAG architectures, multi-agent solutions, orchestration patterns, and reusable AI services.
- Manage approved AI models across platforms including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Codex, and other enterprise-approved providers.
- Establish AI governance, security, privacy, compliance, access control, data classification, audit, and responsible AI controls.
- Design secure integration and connectivity patterns for enterprise applications, APIs, MCP implementations, and agent-to-system communication.
- Implement observability, runbooks, incident response, support processes, cost controls, and operational standards across the AI ecosystem.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, infrastructure, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or solution architecture.
- 3+ years of experience implementing or managing AI, GenAI, or LLM platforms.
- Experience designing and operating enterprise SaaS platforms and leading technical initiatives across multiple teams.
- Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
- Experience with AI platforms and technologies, Azure or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, REST APIs, identity and access controls, and CI/CD pipelines.
