AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI)

Location: Remote from North Macedonia; no daily travel to an office is required.

What you will do

• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust AI and machine learning pipelines for internal and client-driven projects.
• Deploy, manage, and scale pre-trained and custom AI models, including LLMs and Generative AI technologies, in production.
• Work with data scientists to turn model prototypes into scalable, production-ready AI systems.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Use Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, logging, and maintenance systems following MLOps practices.
• Coordinate with software engineering teams, solution architects, and data scientists to integrate AI capabilities into applications and user workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, software development with an ML/AI focus, or a related role.
• 1–3 years of experience with ADK or other agentic frameworks.
• Strong Python skills and proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience deploying pre-trained models such as LLMs or other Generative AI technologies into production.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, data engineering, ETL/ELT, Git, ML pipeline orchestration, and scalable AI/ML systems.
