Structural Engineer (Bridges)

What you will do

• Perform engineering analysis and design for bridges and transport structures.
• Develop structural designs, calculations, drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and reports.
• Contribute to reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, and steel structure projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors, and senior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in bridge inspections, condition assessments, site visits, and construction support.
• Support safety, quality, innovation, and team development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2–10 years of structural engineering experience, ideally focused on bridges and transport structures.
• Experience with transportation infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of structural analysis and design software, including Midas Civil, SpaceGass, Strand7, SBD, and Excel.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritisation, and delivery skills.
• Proactive approach to learning, professional growth, and contribution to an employee-owned culture.

• Interest in digital engineering and parametric modelling approaches.
