Finance Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO, USA; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Develop financial performance presentations for senior management and interact directly with the executive team.
• Provide global analytical support during monthly and quarterly financial close activities.
• Support quarterly current-year planning updates, operating-year measurement, and annual long-range planning updates.
• Improve current financial reporting processes and develop additional reporting solutions.
• Manage additional finance projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or another analytical field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel functions are preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• 8 or more years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• MBA or CPA qualification.
• Experience with Domo, Power BI, Power Query, or Hyperion Financial Management.
