Sr Associate - Retail Dev (Ecommerce)

Salary: USD 92,000–112,000 per year

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of Merch on Demand and Print on Demand programs.
• Develop strategic marketing calendars across brands using franchise moments and content tentpoles.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot ecommerce product listings, including creative and product detail page elements.
• Analyze financial and retail performance to identify opportunities, inform strategy, and optimize results.
• Maintain the master product-listing catalogue, support forecasts and marketing budgets, and help achieve revenue objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and support new business initiatives with ecommerce retailers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with 3+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Business acumen with an action-oriented and ambitious approach.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft products, plus strong collaboration skills.
