Focus on identifying control gaps, executing SOX and SOC audits, developing risk remediation processes, and delivering executive reports.

What you will do
- Work with client executives and management teams to identify and manage financial, operational, and technology risks.
- Assess and optimize information technology risk across cybersecurity, IT strategy, governance, compliance, and business continuity.
- Review client processes and controls against industry frameworks, identify design and execution gaps, and communicate recommendations.
- Develop and execute audit programs and IT control assessments covering IT operations, cybersecurity, third-party risk, ITGC, application controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare executive summaries, final reports, and engagement work papers in line with internal audit methodologies.
- Build client relationships through clear communication and trusted business advisory.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT audit or cybersecurity.
- Previous experience performing SOX and SOC audits.
- Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Ability to travel for work and contribute to additional projects as needed.
Nice to have
- CISA, CISSP, CISM, CIA, or CPA certification.
- Experience serving clients in a consulting firm.
