Solutions Engineer III (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Articulate hirify.global product strategy, positioning, value propositions, and solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Support sales through technical presentations, solution designs, demonstrations, whiteboarding, and proofs of concept.
• Assess opportunity viability, map organizational structures, and identify technical decision-makers.
• Drive technical validation, support, and sponsorship throughout the sales process in partnership with the Account Manager.
• Provide customer service throughout the customer lifecycle and collaborate with internal technical and sales resources.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related industry experience, including FSI and enterprise experience.
• 6+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with secure cloud architectures and security products such as WAF, ZTNA, firewalls, and SSL VPN.
• Experience with public and private cloud vendors, automation toolsets, and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with SaaS vendors and the ability to explain SaaS benefits.
• Experience with container orchestration solutions such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, plus understanding of routing, switching, and virtualization.
