Data Analyst (Power BI)

What you will do

• Execute and maintain reporting tools in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for private individuals sales performance management.
• Run the monthly commissioning process for assisted sales channels while ensuring SOX compliance.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Monitor retail sales KPIs, identify trends and opportunities, and provide ad-hoc analysis for strategic and commercial decisions.
• Communicate findings through clear visualizations and presentations, collaborating with Sales, Retail Tribes, IT, BI, and Data teams.
• Support data migrations, governance, security, budgeting, forecasting, and improvements to reporting models and data management practices.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Advanced SQL skills, including data extraction, transformation, and validation from complex sources.
• Data testing and validation skills to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable outputs.
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret trends, identify opportunities, and improve KPI delivery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with Sales, Private Individuals Tribes, BI, IT, and Data stakeholders.
• Ownership, reliability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice to have

• Power BI expertise and experience building intuitive dashboards and visual storytelling solutions.
• Interest in AI-driven data analysis tools and industry technology trends.
