TL;DR

Software Development Engineer II (AI Security): Implementing and testing customer-specific scenarios for F5 AI, BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud products with an accent on automated test systems, application delivery, and security. Focus on replicating real-world scenarios in continuous integration, analyzing test results, troubleshooting product issues, and validating AI security capabilities.

Location: Bangalore (Non-SEZ), India; onsite, full-time

What you will do

Implement and test customer-specific scenarios across hirify.global AI, BIG-IP, NGINX, and Distributed Cloud products.
Create automated test systems and infrastructure for application delivery, security, AI security, and orchestration features.
Replicate real-world scenarios in continuous integration environments and evaluate test results.
Participate in code reviews, contribute scripts, and review automation created by other engineers.
Analyze issues, support resolution, and communicate status, action plans, and outcomes.
Create technical content and customer-facing or internal demos covering hirify.global App Delivery and Security solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in software testing and/or development, preferably in a Linux environment.
Strong Python programming skills for automation, tooling, validation, and security research.
Good knowledge of security and networking, including HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and L2/L3 protocol testing.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Agile software development.
Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of OWASP API Security and LLMs.
Experience with GitHub or other source control management tools.
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
