Billing Platform System Analyst (Fintech) (Billing Platform/BPQL): Designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying billing and revenue management solutions with an accent on platform configuration, custom development, reporting, and API integrations. Focus on building REST and SOAP integrations, optimizing SQL and database performance, managing releases and deployments, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and design Billing Platform configurations and customizations.
- Develop application components, pages, reports, queries, workflows, widgets, formulas, and BPQL-based solutions.
- Build and optimize REST and SOAP API integrations with enterprise and external applications.
- Create technical designs, implement enhancements, and deliver solutions across the software development lifecycle.
- Execute technical and functional testing, support releases, deployments, migrations, and production implementations.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders on continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced Billing Platform development experience, including Billing, Revenue Recognition, reporting, BPQL, widget development, API integrations, and custom development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, relational databases, SQL, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and optimizing REST and SOAP integrations.
- Knowledge of application configuration, customization, security concepts, system integration patterns, and iterative software delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and independent delivery skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription billing, revenue management, or financial systems platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, Zuora, Aria, or similar enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of financial services processes, controls, and business operations.
- Experience with release management, deployment, and environment management tools.
- Experience mentoring junior team members or holding relevant enterprise, integration, or cloud certifications.
