What you will do
- Clarify, decompose, and track customer and internal software requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software requirements and defects from definition through verification.
- Tailor requirements and defect management processes to project needs.
- Assign requirements and defects to responsible departments based on the software architecture.
- Monitor and report implementation progress, requirement traceability, and software errors.
- Perform preliminary analysis and tracking of reported software defects while supporting lifecycle process definition.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, especially requirements and defect management.
- Knowledge of IREB or GfSE requirements practices.
- Advanced proficiency with requirements and task-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or DOORS.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills for customer and internal interactions.
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of project management, stakeholder management, supplier management, configuration management, and documentation management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and agile project execution.
- Experience with Automotive SPICE, CMMI, speech recognition, or related technologies.
- Advanced Excel macros and PivotTable skills, plus Python scripting experience.
