DPS Senior Manager Global Payroll Process

Location: Hybrid role based in Taguig City, Philippines or Bogotá, Colombia; collaboration with global teams across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC time zones. Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Oversee global Payroll and Time & Attendance processes, controls, data quality, privacy, and security.
• Manage the payroll project portfolio, including system implementations, process improvements, regulatory upgrades, prioritization, budgeting, delivery tracking, and benefits realization.
• Establish data ownership and governance across Payroll, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, IT, and related functions.
• Lead vendor governance, including vendor assessments, contract management, SLA reviews, SOC reviews, and performance management.
• Coordinate audits, SOX deliverables, corrective action plans, access management, testing governance, and risk remediation.
• Standardize global payroll processes, lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and develop training and knowledge transition materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Payroll, and/or Compliance, with a focus on governance, data quality, and process management.
• Experience leading major projects and global teams, including teams of managers and professionals.
• Strong understanding of Payroll and Time & Attendance risk control frameworks, internal controls, compliance, and audit processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across NA, EMEA, LATAM, and ASPAC time zones and travel up to approximately 25%.

Nice to have

• HR or contact center knowledge and experience.
• Industry knowledge in MedTech and Innovative Medicine.
