Consultant, Regulatory Change Management Enterprise Governance, Oversight & Reporting (Financial Services)

Location: Manila, Philippines; full-time office-based role

What you will do

• Provide subject-matter expertise on the regulatory change management standard, governance model and operating requirements.
• Design and enhance governance structures, decision rights, escalation pathways, procedures and supporting documentation.
• Perform risk-based oversight, identify process gaps and emerging risks, challenge incomplete information, and track corrective actions through closure.
• Own or oversee regulatory change data domains, repositories and reporting products; lead data-quality reviews, root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, management information and executive-ready papers for senior management and governance forums.
• Lead cross-functional transformation and continuous-improvement workstreams, while coaching analysts and senior analysts.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial services, regulatory change, compliance, risk, governance, reporting, data management, business management or a related discipline.
• Strong practical knowledge of regulatory change management, compliance, risk management, governance or a closely related financial-services discipline.
• Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills, including root-cause analysis, judgment and development of pragmatic recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level papers, presentations and decisions.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across a matrixed organization, leading complex workstreams and managing risks, dependencies, decisions and actions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint; a degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification in compliance, risk, governance, audit, data, business analysis or project management.
• Experience with ServiceNow, CUBE, workflow, business-intelligence or data-visualization tools.
• Experience providing informal leadership, coaching and subject-matter guidance.
• Experience working across regions, jurisdictions or Lines of Defense.
