What you will do

• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise data and analytics platforms.
• Build and support ETL/ELT pipelines, workflows, integrations, and data jobs across Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, SAP, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Perform SQL and Python analysis, data validation, reconciliation, profiling, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and support Power BI, MicroStrategy, reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, curated datasets, data models, and semantic layers.
• Manage platform operations including access, permissions, users, job scheduling, environments, monitoring, incidents, and technical documentation.
• Drive data quality, governance, security, lineage, metadata, automation, reliability, and continuous improvement while supporting AI and machine-learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience across Data Engineering and Data Analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python experience for analysis, troubleshooting, validation, reconciliation, automation, and operational solutions.
• Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud data technologies such as ADF, Informatica, or ADLS.
• Experience with Power BI, MicroStrategy, or similar reporting platforms, plus data modeling, data quality, governance, lineage, metadata, and security.
• Experience with production support, incident management, monitoring, problem resolution, and working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and lifecycles.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps, AI Operations, Generative AI, Agentic AI, feature engineering, model monitoring, or ML/AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP SLT, Unity Catalog, data catalogs, observability tools, or metadata management.
• Certifications in Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, Informatica, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or related technologies.
