Location: Columbia, Maryland, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday through Thursday

Salary: $84,835.61–$153,548.46 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of software solutions aligned with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Analyze project requirements and recommend solutions for enterprise integration.
• Implement software standards, development processes, security measures, and performance improvements.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications through bug fixes and feature development.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and other stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Train and mentor software engineers and other technical colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages, with hands-on Python experience.
• Experience with LangChain, RAG, LLM prompt engineering, NL-to-SQL, and AI-driven solutions.
• Strong expertise in GCP, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Firebase, and Pub/Sub, plus Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular development.
• Experience with scalable software architectures, cloud platforms, distributed systems, microservices, SQL, and data modeling.
• Senior-level system design, code reviews, leadership, mentoring, Agile methodologies, and software testing practices.
