Warranty Center Supervisor/Quality Supervisor (HVACR)

Location: Mikulov, Czechia; full-time onsite position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of application. Visa sponsorship and work authorization support are not provided.

What you will do

• Lead and support a team of warranty center technicians.
• Oversee daily warranty center operations, equipment, and facility maintenance.
• Implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing technical development for staff.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans.
• Investigate product complaints with customer-facing teams and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a multinational organization.
• Experience with personnel management tools and performance tracking systems.
• Fluency in Czech and English is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Czechia is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.
